Adult and Community

Adult learners on courses at Stockport College have been increasingly successful over the past three years, with a 16% rise in learner retention and achievement.

We feel that this success is due to a number of factors:-

• We offer a really broad range of courses, that are attractive to adult learners and enable people to develop skills and employabilty.
• All our courses support career development and enable progression
• We offer courses from introductory right through to degree level.
• Adults receive expert and friendly guidance, tutors are knowledgeable and supportive and we have a wide variety of services to build learners' confidence.
