What are the business benefits of the scheme?

Free Recruitment Service

We will take a detailed job description, short-list suitable candidates for your vacancy and arrange interviews, all free of charge. You are under no obligation to hire candidates put forward, if you feel they are not suitable.

Nationally recognised qualifications specific to your industry

Apprentices work towards National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs), which provide practical skills in specific occupational areas. They also work towards key skills, that are transferable, such as IT, application of number and teamwork. All apprentices also work towards a technical certificate, which provides the underpinning knowledge to the NVQ.
