Students who enrol on Hospitality and Catering courses enjoy excellent facilities including a bakery, training kitchen, theory rooms and the college’s highly regarded bistro, l’ecole@sk4, where students prepare and serve meals to the general public and organise special functions. l’ecole@sk4 is praised regularly in the local press for the quality of its food and service. The restaurant is located at the Heaton Moor Campus.
