
Stockport College is committed to ensuring the highest possible standard to learners, employers and all stakeholders in the programmes, services and facilities it provides. It will ensure that customers are able to express their views on their experience of the College in order that appropriate levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.
To fulfil this commitment, the College Charter will publicise the standards the College sets and these will be reviewed on an annual basis with the aim of developing a “Customer First” ethos throughout its work.
